Madonna   hit up Macy's Herald Square last night (April 12) to launch her signature fragrance, Truth Or Dare. The "Girl Gone Wild" singer looked stunning as she arrived to the event in a sheer black lace Dolce & Gabbana dress over a black bodysuit, black peep-toe heels, and skull and crossbones earrings. Like the Truth or Dare commercial, the Material Girl seems to be continuing to channel her very erotic '90s self, rocking lots of black, sheer, and sensual looks.  Madge says the fragrance was inspired by her late mother and is an intoxicating mixture that is both "feminine and mysterious." The line includes an Eau du Parfum 75ml for $68, 50ml $55, 30ml $39, Body Lotion $28, and Shower Gel for $24, sold exclusively at Macy's. Will you be rocking Madge's new scent?

The song is the second topper from Madonna's 12th studio album, "MDNA," which bowed atop the Billboard 200 last week with 359,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Just three weeks ago, the set's first single, "Give Me All Your Luvin'," featuring   Nicki Minaj   and M.I.A. , reached the chart's summit.   The speedy return to the survey's top spot grants Madonna her quickest span of back-to-back No. 1s. Pop diva Madonna is reportedly furious with her daughter Lourdes after the teen was caught smoking. The  Girls Gone Wild  hitmaker, who is celebrating the success of her twelfth studio album MDNA, is said to be so angry that she has nixed plans for the teen to make her stage debut, Showbiz spy reported. Lourdes, 15, was snapped smoking with friends in New York. "Madonna told Lourdes she is thinking she should help her to concentrate on university instead of allowing her to join her on tour. She was incensed with her for smoking," a source said.
