Madonna Causes Chaos On Flight: Refuses To Sit Down Or Listen To Cabin Crew

By Amy Nickell | omg  –  14 hours ago By the sounds of things Madge is a right ol’ nightmare when it comes to flying. According to today’s Sun on Sunday, Madonna caused a right stir on a recent British Airways flight when she refused to listen to cabin crew and paraded up and down like she pretty much owned the place. Now while she turned left and plonked herself down (naturally) in seat (or should that be luxury flat-bed?) 1A after boarding interestingly her kids Lourdes and Rocco turned right into lousy business class. We take it she’s trying to teach them the value of money and all that – keep them down to earth, you know? Madonna requesting the court dismiss the Hard Candy lawsuit

Madonna is requesting the court dismiss the Hard Candy lawsuit , it’s what RadarOnline.com can exclusively report. In documents obtained by Radar, Madonna claims that because she has never done business in Florida, the court doesn’t have jurisdiction over them. Hard Candy – the beauty and fashion brand that sued Madonna and her manager Guy Oseary for copyright infringement – is instead a Florida-based company. Click here to read the documents. This Court may not exercise general jurisdiction over any of the New Defendants because none of them has ‘continuous and systematic general business contact[s]’ with Florida such that they can be determined to have ‘engaged in substantial and not isolated activity within this state Madonna also argues that neither she nor Guy Oseary had any say in the trademark management decisions: she only has final say on the creative aspects of the business, not operational decisions.
