Madonna's 16-year-old daughter Lourdes, is reportedly moving out of home.
Lourdes is apparently fed up with her mother's strict rules and resents her glitzy life in the spotlight, according to British newspaper The Sun.
"Madonna is a strict parent, but Lourdes has been rebelling. She's also fed up being in the spotlight. That's why she didn’t go on stage during Madonna's tour," a source told The Sun.
The mini-'Material Girl' is reportedly planning her escape to the performing arts school Bard College outside of New York City.
And, in the ultimate show of rebellion — she plans on paying for it herself.
The university is rated as one of the most liberal in the US and tuition doesn't come cheap.
Lourdes is expected to use the money she earned from the teenage clothing line, Material Girl, that she started with 54 year-old Madge. One of the teenager's close friends has already applied, and Lourdes is hoping to join her.
Lourdes is the oldest child of Madonna and personal trainer dad Carlos Leon, 46. She will leave behind her three siblings, Rocco, 12, David Banda, 7, and Mercy James, 6.
