Madonna fans read on! The iconic superstar is offering fitness fanatics a chance to work out with her. Yup; that's right, workout alongside Madonna herself.
Madonna certainly knows the secrets to an ageless rock hard body. At 54, she's in incredible shape and rivals the body of gals half her age. Healthy Hollywood is game to give it a go!
Madonna has teamed up with Premium TV network EPIX to provide an exclusive once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for dancers, performers and regular workout enthusiasts to train with the singer. Anyone can enter the contest (www.expixhd.com/mdnaworkout), but only 500 will be chosen to audition. The deadline is tomorrow; so hurry up!
The lucky 500 will audition in front of Madonna's Hard Candy Fitness crew here in New York City. They'll whittle down the number to the top 50. Those fortunate folks get a chance to show off their stuff to Madonna's number one fitness gal, Nicole Winhoffer.
Healthy Hollywood got an opportunity to meet and workout with Nicole last year right before she left for Madonna's worldwide MDNA tour. This gal is a dynamo of energy. She had me skipping on an elevated treadmill for 30 minutes and we did a series of intense toning exercises. All I remember was the sweat was on and I was a little bit sore afterwards. Hey, no pain, no gain!
Nicole is super sweet and has a wealth of fitness information. So, it's no wonder Madonna trusts Nicole with sculpting her body. "I have to know the answers to everything. I have to be ready for any little thing that can go wrong or if she wants an answer to something I need to know this," she revealed to Healthy Hollywood.
This Thursday, Nicole will select 30 fitness and dance enthusiasts who will learn Madonna's dance-inspired "Addicted to Sweat" training routine, and later that day will perform it with Madonna herself.
For those Madonna fans who can't sign up for the contest, there's more Madame M on EPIX TV. The network is airing "Madonna: The MDNA Tour." It's an inside look at the singer's recent tour. The documentary airs this Saturday. For more information, check out www.epixhd.com.

Madonna Started Filming The "Bedtime Story" Video on December 5 1994.

The inspiration behind the video. Hello everyone! This month’s music video to be analyzed is the for “Bedtime Story”, While this video is tricky for its various sources of inspiration, it’s one of her best, if not  the   best, and an underrated one by most fans. I am sure that, after reading all of this, you’ll find yourself more in love with the true artist Madonna really is. Madonna called upon “Rain” director Mark Romanek to do the music video for “Bedtime Story” after she saw what he had done with Nine Inch Nails’ “Closer”. As she always does, she listened to the song over and over again, trying to think of a concept for a video. The theme she held on to for this one was dreams, it’s meaning, concepts, imagery and works based on it. She’s a huge fan of surrealistic art, in which lots of paintings deal about dreaming, or allude to something unfathomable in real life. She held to that and brought that concept to Romanek, that really liked the idea and wanted to add ...
