GRIMES AGAINST ARIEL PINK AND HIS INTERVIEW ABOUT MADONNA

After revealing he was asked to work on Madonna’s upcoming 2015 album and proceeding to dismiss most of her post-debut album career, Ariel Pink successfully earned the ire of Madonna fans worldwide — including Grimes.
Ariel pinks delusional misogyny is emblematic of the kind of bullshit everyone woman in this industry faces daily

In case you’re wondering where Grimes is getting misogyny vibes from, there’s this quote Pink gave to Faster Louder: “She can’t just have her Avicii, her producers or whatever, come up with a new techno jam for her to gyrate to and pretend that she’s 20 years old.” Obviously, that’s a criticism you don’t typically hear leveled against AARP-eligible rockers pretending to be half their age.
“The first record [1983's Madonna] was so good because of the songs,” Pink said. “It’s been a downward slide [since]… Ray of Light is not cool.”
Grimes had something to say about that at well:
Also ray of light is a masterpiece

While Twitter blew up with Madonna fans demanding he be removed from the project, Madonna’s manager, Guy Oseary, denied he was involved in the first place. “Madonna and I have never heard of Ariel Pink,” he tweeted. “The label may have reached out but M has no interest in working with mermaids.”
Burrrrn.
Here’s what we can say for certain: Pink told Faster Louder, “Interscope are calling me to help write Madonna’s record,” but he never confirmed he had met with Madonna to work on any music. There’s also the possibility he’s just taking the piss out of Madonna, Faster Louder and the Internet.
Either way, he’s relishing in the hate tweets, retweeting a few of them and even responding to Grimes’ tweet about Ray of Light being a masterpiece: “I prefer Live to Tell. Also immaculate <3″
He also offered this cheeky tweet:
I haven’t heard from Madge in the past 24hrs. Was it something I said? #thankyou #bigmouth #nexttime

Either way, great promo for his upcoming album, right? Such a coincidence this interview would come out weeks before his new record.
Just another fool…

Madonna Started Filming The "Bedtime Story" Video on December 5 1994.

The inspiration behind the video. Hello everyone! This month’s music video to be analyzed is the for “Bedtime Story”, While this video is tricky for its various sources of inspiration, it’s one of her best, if not  the   best, and an underrated one by most fans. I am sure that, after reading all of this, you’ll find yourself more in love with the true artist Madonna really is. Madonna called upon “Rain” director Mark Romanek to do the music video for “Bedtime Story” after she saw what he had done with Nine Inch Nails’ “Closer”. As she always does, she listened to the song over and over again, trying to think of a concept for a video. The theme she held on to for this one was dreams, it’s meaning, concepts, imagery and works based on it. She’s a huge fan of surrealistic art, in which lots of paintings deal about dreaming, or allude to something unfathomable in real life. She held to that and brought that concept to Romanek, that really liked the idea and wanted to add ...
