In an exclusive photo obtained by  Life & Style , the Material Girl and her boyfriend , Brahim Zaibat, are seen scoping out Ryan Leslie's concert in NYC at Irving Plaza on Feb. 14. Madonna 's one-time boyfriend   Mark Kamins   had died at the age of 57. The  Dj  and producer passed away after suffering "a massive coronary" in Guadalajara, Mexico on Thursday (14Feb13), according to BlackBookMag.com. Kamins produced the Holiday hitmaker's early single Everybody and also dated the pop superstar, and Madonna has now paid her respects to her ex-boyfriend. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Madonna writes, "I'm very sorry to hear about Mark's death. I haven't seen him for years but if it weren't for him, I might not have had a singing career. "He was the first  Dj  to play my demos before I had a record deal. He believed in me before anyone else did. I owe him a lot. May he rest in peace." Madonna  is auctioning off the costumes worn on last year's mega successful MDNA world tour to raise funds for Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.  Stage outfits, including a majorette costume and a caged basque, will be donated for the efforts. Madonna’s boyfriend, Brahim Zaibat, has a new job. The 25-year-old dancer has signed on with the prestigious IMG modeling agency and gone straight to work at New York’s Fashion Week. Brahim is scheduled to hit the runaway Wednesday at the show of Jeremy Scott, a designer who built his career on risky designs favored by celebrities such as Madonna frenemy Lady Gaga and Beyoncé. The couple have been dating for two years, and Brahim worked for his girlfriend as a dancer on her "MDNA" tour.
