On [October 25, 1994] "Bedtime Stories" Madonna's sixth studio album was released.

The early nineties was the most controversial period in Madonna's career. In only a few years time she presented to the world the 'Sex' book, the Erotica album and the movies Truth or Dare and Body of Evidence. By 1994 the world had an overdosis of 'Madonna Erotica' and many thought the Queen of Exhibitionism had gone too far this time. Especially the 'Sex' book had given Madonna more damage than fame; sales of the Erotica album were pretty low for a Madonna album. By this time Madonna herself realized it was time for an image change again. She teamed up with four famous producers, Dallas Austin, Dave Hall, Nellee Hooper and Babyface to work on a new studio album. It was one of the very few occasions when she worked with well-known, established collaborators. The result was Bedtime Stories, an 11-track album released on October 25th, 1994. Like we're used of Madonna, the sound of the album differed from what she'd done before: it was a combina

"Oh Father" was released On October 24, 1989 as the fourth single from the album Like a Prayer.

Madonna wrote and produced this with one of her frequent collaborators, keyboardist Patrick Leonard. She explained their working relationship to  Smash Hits  in 1989: "Lots of times Pat Leonard will come up with a piece of music like 'Oh Father' - we did very little to change it musically - he throws the music at me and I just listen to it over and over again. And somehow the music suggests words to me and I just start writing words down. Other times I will come to Pat with an idea for a song, either lyrically or emotionally and say 'Let's do something like this' or I'll have a melody line in my head which I will sing to him and he will sort of pound out the chords. It takes a lot longer to do it that way because I don't play an instrument but ultimately it's a lot more personal." The black-and-white video was influenced by the photography in the movie  Citizen Kane . Some of the material for the video was autobiographical, which led t

Oct 22, 2002 // Madonna's Single "Die Another Day" was release.

The song initially leaked into the internet in early October 2002 prior to the official release, prompting radio to play the track. It was released commercially as a single on October 22 by Maverick Records and was later included on the singer's ninth studio album, American Life (2003), and her greatest hits compilation, Celebration (2009).  While developing, the track went through numerous changes. After Madonna saw the initial version of the film she adapted the song to its theme, described as a metaphor for destroying one's ego. Ahmadzaï re-arranged "Die Another Day" at his home in Paris while Colombier finished the string sections in Los Angeles. An electroclash number, "Die Another Day" is a mixture of strings and interpolating electronic swirls, and stuttered editing on Madonna's voice, cutting the main signal on the chorus. "Die Another Day" received mixed responses from music critics; one group of reviewers favored its dep

"Erotica" is the fifth studio album by Madonna which was released on [October 20, 1992] Happy Anniversary!!

It was in this period - on October 20th, 1992 - that Madonna released her  Erotica album. After the concept album I'm Breathless Madonna wanted to make a  real dance album, so she teamed up with producer Shep Pettibone, whom she  collaborated with for Vogue and Rescue Me, and who was a real expert in dance music.  Later Andre -Dre- Betts joined the team and added a hip hop sound to the album.  The result was a catchy album with 14 tracks with R&B, house/trance, dance and hip hop  influences. Album It's beyond any doubt that controversy in Madonna's career peaked in the early nineties.  Controversy had been around from the very beginning: rolling on the floor in the  Like A Virgin wedding dress, promoting materialism in Material Girl (or that's what the  critics thought), the peep show in Open Your Heart, the pointy Gaultier corsets from the  Who's That Girl Tour and Blond Ambition Tour, s
