But Madonna says the pair have plans to appear onstage together "very soon"
Madonna has aimed another jibe at Lady Gaga, accusing the younger singer of copying her.
During her show in Atlantic City on Saturday night (September 15), Madonna dedicated her song 'Masterpiece' to Gaga, before saying: "I love her. I love her. I do love her. Imitation is the highest form of flattery."
However, Madonna also suggested that the pair have plans to resolve their differences, adding: "And one day, very soon, we're gonna be on stage together. Just you wait."
The feud began in January of this year when Madonna claimed that Gaga's track 'Born This Way' sounded "familiar" to her 1989 hit 'Express Yourself'. Throughout this year's 'MDNA' tour, Madonna has mocked the similarities between the two songs by performing a mash-up of 'Express Yourself' and 'Born This Way' followed by a pointed snippet of a track called 'She's Not Me'.
During a show in Israel in June, Gaga seemed to respond to Madonna, telling the crowd: "It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves to put other people down or make fun of them or maybe make mockery of their work."
Elton John has also come to the younger singer's defence, claiming that Madonna had been "so horrible to Gaga" during a TV rant last month (August) in which he called the pop veteran a "fairground stripper"
