Madonna Dances Too Much In High Heels, Winds Up On Crutches

Many women out there know the feeling: You choose to wear your extra-high heels on a night out, totally forget about the pain creeping up from the ball of your foot because there is too much fun to be had, then you get home and take off your shoes … OUCH. Your foot is mangled.

Now leave it to Madonna to one–up all of us. She danced her way onto crutchesbecause Madonna, as everyone knows, can never sacrifice a good dance for an amazing pair of shoes.

The 55–year–old was spotted using crutches to get into her apartment on Manhattan's Upper East Side recently. Madonna recently vacationed to the beautiful Swiss ski resort Gstaad, but ice nor skis played a part in this accident. The singer's representative told the New York Post, "She bruised a bone in her foot from dancing in her high heels … she'll be fine and off crutches in a week."

That must have been some serious dancing …
